The simplest way to link to a Spotify release is an "External Format" linking to a Spotify URL
These links can be territory specific, please get in touch about directing your international audience to their local appropriate streaming site.
You can run a Spotify presave campaign as a standalone page, or as an extra format on a standard product page.
To get a standalone page, scroll down to "Music Marketing" Share This Product and select "Spotify Presave" and you will get a page that has a URL https://your store.com/release/preSave/productID-artistname-releasename
If you want it to appear as a format, then add the external ID to the "Add Spotify ID", this will confirm their accounts and, if presaved before release, on release date an email will be sent to your subscribers to drive streams.
If you want to get the campaign launched before the release is uploaded to Spotify or don't have the Spotify ID for any reason, just put a blank for the number, and then update the release any time before release date.
